Hi Neontet, You are right. It is a matter of time before both Singapore and Taiwan prices to narrow down to almost the same prices hopefully by CNY. You can notice today that though it break the support level of 0.415, it is immediately supported again. For those who can hold on to the stocks for longer period will see rewards.

The chairman owns over 500 million shares, every S$0.01 increase in share value will make an extra $5m more to his kitty. It is in his interest to see the Spore price gap up to Taiwan price as close as possible. Today Taiwan closing price NT16.75 (S$0.73) vs Spore $0.425 Surprises in the form of acquisition of processing plant in Taiwan, buyout farm in Australia and good yearend results help Spore share price revise upwards. Investors need staying power and patience to reap the benefits.

Now up again, at NT$17.15, up 40. Equivalent to 75 Singapore cts. Can someone ask Oceanus to invite the Taiwanese investors to buy Oceanus shares in Singapore? Lelong, lelong at 43 cents. Buy here cheap, get better dividend yield too - Oceanus\' cashflow this year will be good cos capex getting lower, so hoping for dividend this year. Next year will be even better. :laugh:

I fully support your views. Alternatively Oceanus should buy back all those cheap stocks in Singapore and instead release them to Taiwan market which have a hugh hunger for Oceanus stocks. Heard the latest news that SGX will implement T+1 and to scraps contra - which means taking out all the short term players and shortees.

in Taiwan, TDR now down slightly = equivalent to SGD0.68. In Spore, the price has slipped to 38 c. How come there is a 30-c gap maintained between Sp and Taiwan prices? Thought if Taiwan came down, the SP price can hold, or even go up to narrow the gap. :angry:
