If so, wonder whether David Kuo & his team at MF did recommend a 'buy' for it?

Share w you some figures on ISEC:

Revenue:
fy'15 - 26.690 mil
fy'16 – 30.780 mil
fy'17 – 36.976 mil

profit
fy'15 - 2.760 mil
fy'16 – 6.443 mil
fy'17 – 7.907 mil

dividend
fy'15 - 0.22 cts
fy'16 – 0.99 cts
fy'17 – 1.20 cts

As seen from above, ISEC net profit has jumped from S$2.7mil in 2015 to S$7.9 mil in 2017.
The topline, bottomline n dividend have been on the uptrend too. 1st quarter result for 2018
has been an impressive S$2.1 mil. Looks like 2018 will be another good year for the company.

Company has cash of S$27.0 mil and no debt.
