Hi Yee,

The result is out n it looks good ...

1. topline n bottomline improve though not substantially

2. gearing improves

3. nta up

4. management sounds positive.

They are still negotiating for a further order of 199 units of the solar system. From the tone of the comment they sound confident of securing the order and are looking forward to more order. Should this materialise it would be quite a big leap forward for the company. Below is a quote from their press release :

Quote :
"Said CEO, Matthew Hui, "We continue to grow our sales and, I look forward to us
reaching HK$1 billion in sales. But, most importantly, we continue to enhance value
for all our shareholders as we record yet another year of profit.”

The Group’s financial position continues to strengthen with net gearing falling to 12.5% from 14.7% in the previous financial period as its equity position improved due to retained earnings and proceeds from the recent share placement.

The Group remained operationally cashflow positive at H$116.5 million.

Continued Mr. Hui, “Our green energy business offers great potential and we foresee it to be a significant factor to growing the overall Group profit in the near future.”

The Group has secured orders for 300 solar-powered energy systems for PetroChina petrol stations throughout China and has already started booking in income from this
venture. It is in the process of finalizing orders for another 195 such systems and, will work towards securing more orders.
--- end ----

I just have this feeling that the 2nd half result would be better when they book in more profit for the balance of the order.

Cheers n all the best !!!

Be patient w this one. The negotiations for the 195

order been going for quite some time n should be near

conclusion anytime now. And this maybe a catalyst for

the stock to move.

Again, i quote from the CEO - "The Group has secured

orders for 300 solar-powered energy systems for

PetroChina petrol stations throughout China and has

already started booking in income from this

venture. It is in the process of finalizing orders for

another 195 such systems and, will work towards

securing more orders."

Fundamentally i feel more comfortable with this counter as it already secured first batch of 300 petrol station and in the mist of signing up for more....

With the drop in pricing of solar panel, this has greatly increased the demand and adoption of solar power. The trade dispute with EU on tariff for solar panel will most likely create more price pressure on the price of solar panel. This will make it cost effective for wider usage of solar power.

Sold some of my shares at $0.134 and now buying back to accumulate and prepare for the announcement of new contract.
