Logically yes..

But the question is why the opposite party dun think this way and willing to pay a price that is higher than the closing price?

Got suckered in at 14 cts last Thurs when 27m shares were traded in first hr. Thought I could make some pocket money the next day LOL. Cut loss first thing this morning as never like it when a major shareholder/exec director bails out completely, esp at such low price. But can never tell for certain how the share price will move in short term. Always trade S-Chips with care as they are unpredictable. IMHO, shouldn’t have more than 5% of portfolio in S-Chips, and always keep your running shoes on. Good luck to those still holding.

Yet another red flag for this company.

First they borrow 100 million at 32% interest rate despite claiming to have 500 million in the bank.

Now major insider shareholder sells his entire stake in the company, despite the supposedly extremely low valuations.

Too many things about this company don't add up or make sense to me.

I have already mentioned, "Either market know what we don't know or market are FOOL."

Well Mr Market is no FOOL after all.

Rock n skeptic, i find your opinions objective and creditable, so what do you think that insiders know that we don't?
