seems to have some accumulation at93.5/94cents now

Already lower than low of 95cents set in March 2009 in last crash

NOL COULD BE ON THE WAY TO REBOUND FROM 5 YEAR LOW .

ALOT OF ACCUMULATION AT 94c THESE RECENT TIME

THE REVENUES FOR NOL HAD BEEN QUITE STEADY AT AROUND $9 BILLION PER YEAR

IF NOL CAN CONTROL THE COST/ EXPENSES DOWN, IT COULD BE BOOMTOWN ONCE AGAIN FOR NOL

AFTERALL IT WAS $6 STOCK BEFORE
