Any strong interest in this stock? Seems like an illiquid counter - don't know if it fly altho it has done well since July

I think this one has the potential to be a multi-bagger, or at least a 50% gainer by end of 2011.
The HDB building boom continues to be in the news, and it really is going to benefit the construction industry. Koon is a unique play cos they do the pre-casts. Big jump in orderbook. Just checked.

KOON (29 cents) has just announced a new infrastructure CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
WORTH S$37.9 MILLION.

This contract alone has boosted the current orderbook by 72% from $52.5 m to $90.4 m.

Contract was awarded by HDB to construct Seletar Link and widen Tampines Expressway.

The other biggie is Koon's precast division. This will be a major boost to Koon's results this year. Let's see how it all unfolds for 2Q results.

Koon will be resilient becos it serves the booming construction industry in SG. Not exposed at all to US and Europe woes. AT 26.5 cents, looks tempting. Value stock. One thing I am not certain abt is the real estate agency business it has just ventured into. Will it be a winner?
