Small cap that has lots of cash. No wonder stock is moving up this morning.
Now 18 cents.

Stock has fallen back to 16 cents in the absence of further share buy-back. Market doesnt seem interested in chasing the stock, so it's really up to the company to buy back at cheap prices, and to deliver strong earnings to prove itself.

Strong accumulation going on, according to my broker.
holding for dividend for long term value investors.
dividend yield is solid
