Charlie Lau\'s chart on Roxy-Pacific today on NextInsight showed a significant volume of shares traded in past 4 trading days. Is the market falling in luv with Roxy? :laugh: Maybe the pretty woman (she exudes sensuality in all her pictures!) who wrote blog on \"best family getaway ever\" gave the best testimonial for Roxy Pacific\'s hotel. Did a quick check : Roxy\'s FY08 revenue was $130 m, net profit $24.7 m. They have unrecognised revenue of $315 m from sold-out projects. Will be recognised from Q4 09 to FY11. Means roughly $150 m in each of the next 2 years. Quite sizeable figure, which will support revenue growth during that period. There is also hotel revenue ....not counted yet. About $40 m a year ( based on 1H 09 figure X 2 ). Also, not counted the sales from projects from their 6 new plots of land - according to article www.nextinsight.net/content/view/1912/60/

Wow with the unrecognised revenue of $315 m from sold-out projects to be recognised from Q4 09 to FY11, that implies FY09 profit will be way above FY08\'s profit. this is a hidden gem.....there is no doubt on what the investors will do tomorrow.....
