If CB is confirm at 0.95 tomorrow. You may able to short Genting at 1.20 level to take profit at 1.07. Do cut loss if it goes to 1.23 level which is very unlikely - near term. There are many traders still unaware of the CB issue at 0.95 tomorrow.

This forum is for sharing of any good or bad news so that all investors benefits from it. It also give everyone a second thought before buying any stocks that the news may influence their decision. I do not wish to see many of our fellow Singaporeans get burn in the stock market just because they do not have the necessary knowledge of FA and TA. Even the best trader can make wrong trades less alone those without.

If this is iNSiDER News, will SGX investigates? WHAT is the iMPACT of iNSiDER LEAK BEFORE the Official Announcement ???? It will RE-DIStribute Market Wealth. :) This SHOCK Effect of the Psychological Impact is to RE-DIStribute Market Wealth from the: - UNplanned to Planned - UNknown to Known - UNinformed to Informed - Weak to Strong - UNdecisive to Decisive A very good example is the ChemOil, even with an Official Announcement. BUT ultimately, will ChemOil shareholders submit to the takeover at USD0.30? If takeover does not materialise, those FRIGHTENED shareholders had LOST their FORTUNE due to PANIC SELLING at USD0.330 when ChemOil was worth USD0.54. The interesting question is: \"Will the Bond Holders CASH OUT?\" musicwhiz wrote:

Insider news? How is it possible that someone knows of a Convertible Bond issue before the news is out on SGXNet? And wow you even know the exercise price is S$0.95 for this CB.....

iNSiDER News LEAK is a Tactical Strategy. B) RE-DIStribute Market Wealth between Existing and New Shareholders :) In all transaction, BOTH SELLERS and BUYERS THINK they all the WINNERS. SELLERS will WHEN the PRICE falls. BUYERS will WHEN the PRICE RISES. Will the PRICE fall or RISE? Will the PRICE fall and then RISE? Will the PRICE RISE and then fall? Will SELLER SELL at S$0.95? Knowing that S$450 Million CONVERTED at S$0.95. At WHICH will the CONVERTED SHAREHOLDERS SELL their shares which costed S%0.95? WHAT is the RISK / REWARD RATIO to justify the commitment of S$450 Million Good Hard CASH for a S$0.95 share at this Volatile Times? Are there better Target Shares to CHEERY PICK for The LEAST RISK / GREATEST REWARD RATIO? :P
