Recently, Moya Holdings presented at a SGX Catalist event after the completion of a rights issue that raised S$132.04 million.

By subscribing for excess rights, the Salim-controlled vehicle, Tamaris Infrastructure, upped its stake in Moya from 68.9% to 72.88%.

Tamaris contributed S$107,433,336 to the capital raised.

Moya InfoTamaris Infrastructure's entry into Moya.This is the fourth time that Tamaris has pumped capital into Moya:

♦  In 2015, Tamaris took a
 placement at 200% above the market price.

♦ A year later, Tamaris took part in a rights issue carried out at market price

♦ In early 2018, T
amaris bought 200 million founders’ shares for S$20 million.
