Sorry to see the share price has shot up from 2.60 to 3.03 liao in just 1 month! CDG stayed hentak kaki 2.50-2.60 in July-Dec 2014!

The FY14 results -- with 7% growth only in earnings -- have cooled down my ardour! At this price level of $3.00, won't be keen on going in.

1. QAF. (35%)
I have held on to this stock for more than 5 years. It offers good dividend yields and potential growth driver wil come when it's china operation turn positive.

2. Sino Grandness (65%)
I bought into this stock 3 to 4 years back. Last year was a roller coaster ride but I still believe in its simple business model and of course the potential China Consumption story. Recently, I have added more shares when the price tanked and am looking forward to its maiden dividend in 2015.

For guidance, I have the luxury of time to be vested in these stocks as my cost is almost nil (due to past gain) and timeline for withdrawal of funds is at least 10 years away.

Stirling, why do you suppose Sino Grandness is lagging behind with a PE of just 2.5X? I read here and there about its booming business in China, its partnership with Thai billionaire to penetrate Southeast Asian markets, etc. I believe its Garden Fresh IPO in HK will happen sooner or later and enable Sino Grandness to pay a big special dividend.....So why is Sino Grandness trading only at 36 cents when it should be above $1 ?

..... the booming stock markets of China are no flash in the pan. Which S-chips are planning to delist too? Good quality ones can fetch a much greater valuation in HK or China. Companies include CHINA NEW TOWN , CHINA SUNSINE, DUTECH, SINO GRANDNESS
