Gaoxian results announced this evening:
Ernest Lim was spot on with the eps now translating into PE of 2.6X for the stock.
Looks like a lelong price.
However, Ernest was proven wrong in terms of dividend payout. The management decided against any payout, in order to channel the cash to an aggressive expansion programme.

Can anyone tell me how this is different from China Sky Chem, Fibrechem, Hongwei, once high flyers with low PEs, high margins, expansion plans and touted good prospects in the past, no less by some of the same analysts?
