If I were Ho Bee boss, I would be expecting (expecting, ok) 10% dividend yield and 30% capital appreciation.
Not too high an expectation, as 30% gain is just 9 c. Now the stock is 30 c, what's another 9 c?
At 39 c, it's right on the dot of the NAV.

This is one stock that didnt crumble in the past week. Bravo! If Ho Bee boss is accumulating, then I have a good feeling about it. NAV = 39 cents. Stock price = 30 c.
