Market behaves on buying on rumours and then selling on news. As long as Swiber had good fundamentals and with PE below 13; with oil prices going up due to recovery of economies, stocks for Swiber and other oil related stocks will definitely goes up. Already Kep corp had secure the first US$1.0 billion oil rig contract and likely many will follow for the next 6 months.

The CNY rally now depends very much now on SSE index as it still had not find its bottom yet. Believe there is not much to drop. I suspect the rally will start around 2 to 3 days before CNY for SSE stocks and then all Asia market will follow. At this moment, USA, UK, France and Germany are now trending upwards already after 2 relatively solid green candlesticks.
There are 2 things that you can do:
1. Wait until 2 to 3 days before CNY before entering the market. By then, I suspect many good counters are already slowly creeping up in prices.
2. Start accumulating in small lots whenever there is a dip and do some averaging. Buy only good stocks with sound fundamentals and PE of less than 13.

After I write this e-mail, Swiber seems to attract interest again. I notice that a few big players will be supporting this stock once it overcomes that 1.10 level. It is now the smaller players to overcome to 1.0 level first.
Another counter to consider is Genting. It is now starting sideways and potential to goes to 1.25 once the official opening of the Casino is announced.
I post - you decide

Over the last three to four weeks, i met numerous new investors of Genting Sp. They are those did not buy Genting Sp before and believe it is now a bargain to pick up.
Just wonder if this new group of Genting Sp shareholders are in Substantial numbers to support Genting SP's rebound on its OPENING.
